Smoke Cleaner Professional 5L

Purpose: Smoke Cleaner Professional is designed for cleaning surfaces and equipment from combustion products of organic substances: steam, smoke, soot, resin, including residues with characteristic odors (fire). The product deeply penetrates into pores, dissolves, and emulsifies viscous, condensed combustion products, allowing for deeper and more thorough surface cleaning. This achieves not only visual cleanliness but also eliminates the primary source of odor. For professional use only!
Solution Preparation: Smoke Cleaner Professional can be used as a concentrate or diluted in a ratio of 1:5 with clean water. For increased effectiveness, it is recommended to use a solution at a temperature of 40-50°C.
Surface Preparation: Before cleaning any surface, perform a test for resistance to Smoke Cleaner Professional: apply the concentrate to an inconspicuous area for 30 minutes, then rinse the treated area with water and dry it. If any undesirable changes occur on the test area, further use of Smoke Cleaner Professional on this surface is not allowed. The surface or item should be mechanically cleaned of charred particles and brought to a normal temperature (10-30°C). Surfaces resistant to washing should be moistened with water before applying the solution or concentrate of Smoke Cleaner Professional to reduce its aggressive action. If necessary, remove thick, dense soot layers with alkaline detergents before applying the solution or concentrate.
Application: The solution or concentrate of Smoke Cleaner Professional is applied to the surface by spraying and rubbed with a brush of appropriate stiffness or sponge. For mechanical treatment of smooth painted surfaces, a melamine sponge is recommended. The product remains on the surface for several seconds to several minutes, during which visual control of the surface and the layer of the cleaning agent (solution) is carried out. The agent film should darken, taking up dissolved dirt. The surface is thoroughly rinsed with clean water and wiped dry, and surfaces susceptible to alkalis are treated with acid solutions to neutralize alkalis.
Smoke Cleaner Professional can be used in two-phase cleaning of mineral porous surfaces such as brick and concrete. In this case, the first phase of cleaning is carried out using Smoke Cleaner Professional and high-pressure equipment or a professional steam generator to remove the main mass of dirt, and the second phase of cleaning is carried out using an appropriate solution based on mineral acids.
Warning: The product contains alkaline components and water-mixable solvents. Avoid contact with marble and other surfaces with low resistance to alkalis. When working near such surfaces, take measures to protect them. Before use, conduct a test for surface resistance to cleaning. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention. In case of ingestion, rinse the mouth, drink plenty of water, and seek medical attention. Keep out of reach of children. The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage resulting from the use of the product!
Storage conditions: Store in a tightly closed container at temperatures between 5°C and 40°C, in a vertical position, away from heat sources, open flames, sunlight, and atmospheric precipitation.
Composition: demineralized water, glycol ether, mixture of terpenes, pyrophosphate, anionic surfactants 5-15%, non-ionic surfactants up to 5%, complexing agent, alkali.
pH concentrate: 13.0 (±0.5)
pH of 1:5 solution: 11.6 (±0.5)
