Helpix Professional Antifreeze is a ready-to-use coolant and concentrates for its preparation, designed for use in the liquid cooling systems of internal combustion engines and some other cooling or heating systems. The use of Antifreeze extends the temperature range of the engine operation and slows down the formation of corrosion, and in some cases, prevents it completely.
Antifreeze does not contain phosphates, amines or nitrates, making it suitable for both gasoline and diesel engines.
The type of cryoprotectant used: monoethylene glycol.
The coolant Antifreeze uses two types of anticorrosive additives:
G11 (color marking - blue, green) – it is a silicate additive that provides enhanced anticorrosive protection for aluminum and its alloys. Its action is not selective and is based on forming a protective silicate film on all parts. The calculated service life of the G11 additive is up to two years. After the calculated service life or in case of overheating, the additive may form gels.
G12+ (color marking - pink) – it is an organic, carboxylate additive that provides selective action on corrosion centers through an ion exchange process with the corrosion products, forming thin films (salt deposits) that protect the corrosion centers. This selective corrosion resistance mechanism does not form a continuous film, which ensures maximum heat exchange (heat transfer). The G12+ additive has an extended calculated service life of up to five years. However, the G12+ additive is less effective concerning corrosion protection for aluminum and its alloys.
Application: Empty and, if necessary (in the case of deposits or when changing the type of anticorrosive additives), perform a cleaning of the cooling system. Dilute the concentrate with water if required, following the instructions on the canister. Pour the ready-to-use coolant into the cooling system. Start the engine for a short time (1-2 minutes). Ensure that the coolant level in the system is sufficient and top up if needed to the normal level.
Ingredients: deionized water, monoethylene glycol, anticorrosion additive, dye.
Warning: Keep out of the reach of children. Do not keep near open flames and heating devices. Do not consume as food. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water, if necessary, consult a doctor.
Storage conditions: store the product at a temperature from 5°C to 35°C away from heat sources, sunlight, atmospheric precipitation.
