This Privacy Notice applies to all personal data you provide to us, as well as all personal data we collect about you: about your use of our website (using "cookies" files).

We do not retain your personal data longer than necessary: for 6 years after fulfilling obligations under a contract concluded with us, in accordance with applicable data retention laws. We collect and store internet search data for four days. In the event of legal or disciplinary proceedings, personal data will be retained until the conclusion of the case, including any possible rights protection period, after which, in the case of civil litigation, data will be deleted upon the expiration of the statute of limitations under the law regarding civil cases. When processing data based on consent, personal data will be processed until consent is revoked.
5. FURTHER PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
If we need to use your personal data for a purpose not described in this Privacy Notice, we will send you a new notice explaining all the terms related to the new processing procedure before such processing takes place. If necessary, we will ask for your consent before commencing such new data processing.

During its operations, LLP SPE ArtHim may utilize the services of various data processors and external service providers to handle and process your personal data for specific purposes, acting on behalf of and in accordance with the instructions of LLP SPE ArtHim.
Data processors handle personal data for a maximum period specified in the data processing agreement concluded with them, or until the time they are required to retain your data in accordance with applicable data retention laws.

Therefore, LLP SPE ArtHim will take all necessary measures regarding the recipients of your personal data, if required, to ensure an adequate level of protection, according to the definition of applicable data protection law, including the use of standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission or the adoption of a European Commission decision determining that the country where the data recipient is located provides an adequate level of data protection.
If it is not possible to ensure an adequate level of protection for personal data during the transfer abroad, we will ask you to provide explicit consent for such data transfer abroad. LLP SPE ArtHim is not responsible for the methods used by third parties to utilize your data if such usage is permitted within the scope of their objectives. In such cases, these third parties will also be considered data controllers; for additional information about them, please refer to their privacy policies. This Privacy Policy is valid from 1/11/2019.
